# Fitness Data Kit > Three free fitness tools that run entirely in the browser at https://fitness-data-kit.skillsafe.ai/ . No account, no upload, no model. ## Lifting log (#lifts) - Input: a CSV export from Strong (Settings > Export Strong Data; English or German headers, comma or semicolon separated, kg or lb) or Hevy (Settings > Export & Import Data > Export Workouts; weight_kg or weight_lbs). - Output: workouts, working sets, reps, tonnage, training time; a personal-record feed (estimated 1RM, heaviest weight, most reps for bodyweight moves, longest cardio distance); per exercise an estimated-1RM trend chart with the running best, rep maxes 1-12 against the formula's prediction, and the session list; weekly hard sets (secondary muscles count half) and tonnage by muscle group (Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Quads & calves, Hams & glutes, Core, Other), with editable exercise groups. - Formulas: Epley w(1 + r/30), Brzycki 36w/(37 - r), Lombardi w r^0.1; sets above 12 reps are not used for 1RM estimates. Warm-up sets are excluded unless chosen. - Exports: exercises CSV, weekly volume CSV, full analysis JSON. ## Pace adjuster (#pace) - Input: distance, finish time, and for the course you ran and the course you will run: climb, descent, altitude, temperature, humidity. A course profile can come from the GPX cleaner. - Output: equivalent time and pace, the flat/cool/low-altitude equivalent, and the time each factor adds or removes. - Models: hills, Minetti AE et al. (2002) Energy cost of walking and running at extreme uphill and downhill slopes, J Appl Physiol 93:1039-1046, with half the downhill saving credited by default; altitude, about 1% per 1,000 ft above 300 m (acclimatised) or the 6.3% per 1,000 m VO2max decline of Wehrlin JP & Hallen J (2006) Eur J Appl Physiol 96:404-412 (first days, upper bound); heat, coach Mark Hadley's rule (Maximum Performance Running, 2013) of 0.15% per degree F above 60 F (0.10% when heat-adapted), +5 F humid, +10 F very humid, halved for intervals. ## GPX cleaner (#gpx) - Input: a GPX 1.0/1.1 track or route from any device. - Steps: drop GPS spikes (points unreachably fast to reach and to leave) and out-of-order times; trim metres from the start and end; find stops (staying within a radius for a minimum time, or a paused watch) and optionally take that time off the clock; Gaussian smoothing of position and elevation; split at long stops, into equal parts or at given distances. - Output: before/after map, elevation profile and stats (distance, elapsed and moving time, pace, climb, descent, top speed), and clean GPX 1.1 downloads that keep heart rate and other point extensions. ## Privacy Files are read with the browser's FileReader and never leave the device. Preferences (units, theme, exercise muscle-group corrections) are kept in localStorage.
